2001-2004 LB7 DURAMAX TUNING PACKAGE

CDP Tuning 2001-2004 6.6L LB7 Duramax Custom Tuning package

 * This will delete the emissions off of your truck permanently, install time is approx 1 hours. Return to stock time is approx 1 hours for those LB7s that had EGR systems*

LB7 Duramax  Single tune power levels to choose from:

• +0HP
• +30HP
• +80HP
• +130HP 
  
• +160HP  * Lift pump is required
  

LB7 Duramax  DSP5 power levels to choose from (Switch must be purchased from us):

• 0-130HP
  
• 0-160HP * Lift pump is required
  

Important note: The LB7 fuel systems in nearly all cases can benefit from a lift pump to help keep the inlet of the CP3 pressurized.

EFI LIVE Flashing  An Autocal V3 or EFI Live Flashscan V2 or V3 are required. If you do NOT have one, one must be purchased from us.

TCM Tuning:  Our TCM files CAN NOT add additional line pressure. There is NO electrical adjustments that can be made in the LBZ Transmission to modify line pressure. If the transmission is built or modified please put details in the "explain modifications section"

Emissions off:  EGR Mechanical blocking or full removal is also required. (Most LB7 equipped trucks did not posses an EGR system)

Tune acronyms;

Hiss idle - VGT Vanes are mostly closed at an idle

Rumble idle - VGT Vanes are mostly open at an idle

Low boost fueling (LBF) - Recommended for increased responsiveness out of the truck. Slightly more smoke is emitted and low end torque is substantially increased as a result
